All goods offered by EVO are brand new, with no bags / bulk / or in original manufacturer's packaging (version Box & Bulk) and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Be replaced in case of manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use.
Claims for damage incurred during shipping products will be considered subject to write-off in the presence of the person providing the product complaint report at the time of delivery of the goods.
Complaints on goods bought online are considered up to 14 working days from the date of receipt by our department of complaint. The period of the complaint can be extended regardless of our business for goods imported from abroad.
